It’s been a while since I blogged and it’s about time I put something up, so here goes.  I wanted to blog about time constraints and the associated time it takes to look after your health.  Sure enough in this crazy modern day it isn’t as simple as 123 anymore to look after your health.  Once upon a time, drinking enough water, getting enough exercise and eating three sqaure meals a day was enough.  Nowadays the water is potentially poisoned, we have no time or space to exercise often enough, and the industrial food industry has laced so much of our food with toxins, it’s hard to the toxins from the food anymore.  Like you, I’m sure, I’ve had times where I’ve let my preventative health care slide due to time constraints.  No time to juice?
